I needed an urgent appointment with Clemson Eye after an unusual experience on Sunday night. They scheduled me to come in at 4 PM on the following Tuesday with my regular doctor, Dr. Easterling. When I arrived, they did not show any appointment for me. They did check With Dr. Easterling, but he was not able to see me. Instead, I saw Dr Bopp. Although I was disappointed in the confusion over the appointment and was initially disappointed that I could not see my regular doctor, I was extremely pleased with Dr. Bopp and felt that she was very thorough. Although this is not a normal place to convey a problem with Clemson Eye portal, it is my best opportunity to express that the portal is basically useless. If patients are going to be encouraged to sign up for the portal, it needs to be made into a vehicle that allows patients to see information from their visits, be able to check their medication and primary doctor info, and send a message to the care team about any incorrect info. The way the site currently operates, there does not seem to be any productive use of it. Thanks to Dr. Bopp again for a very thorough examination and for working me in on very short notice.
Courteous,kind, considerate and professional I would be hard pressed to figure out what anyone else would want in eye care at least I so glad I chose them I couldnt imagine going anywhere else...... theres so much to say
