I was a new patient today and my whole experience was amazing. Autumn at check in made me feel welcomed and made the new patient registration process easy.Kendall helped me develop a new skin care plan. I have sensitive skin and she showed her knowledge and care in the products she recommended. She took the time to explain options and reviewed treatment plans with me in detail. She even took the time to write out my treatment plan so I wouldnt forget it.I also met with NP Elizabeth Smith who was very professional. She took the time to explain the suggested treatments and expected outcomes. She was gentle during her exam and with my injections today. I highly recommend her.I also met with Sam who is the patient coordinator. She was friendly and helped explain my ongoing care at the clinic and how to set up an online account with the office.At the end of my visit I was walked out to the check out desk by Elizabeth and Kendall. They both took the time to thank me. It feels nice to be thanked for coming in. I am excited to be a new patient here at Clemson Eye Aesthetics and I am sure to be back for years to come.I highly recommend this office for your Aesthetics needs.

There was delay in schedule and they were running behind, that Is why you employ great employees like Marisa who made a difference. Everyone else I encountered at Simpsonville location was friendly and made my visit pleasant.
